We obsess over unit economics when looking at growth and have a strong preference towards growth strategies that scale without headcount like product-led growth, partnerships and community-led growth.
We leverage AI in every part of the business. Before we hire or contract anybody, we first try to solve the problem with AI. We don't aim for perfection. In most cases getting to 80% of the result is enough.
We have a big plan but we don't spend much time talking about it. The only thing that matters to grow the business is getting to the next step. So we try to be crystal clear on what that next step is and to get there as fast as possible.
We build profitable businesses. And if you are leading one of them, then we will reward you for it. You'll receive a percentage of annual profit as a bonus - uncapped! The more profit you make, the more you'll earn.
